Sharpening Your Sword (SYS) is the name of the men's ministry at Beacon of Hope and it exists with the goal of building up and equipping men for the work of ministry.

2023-2024 Bible Study

This year, we will be studying 1 Peter and The Cup And The Glory by Greg Harris. Books will be available for purchase online upon registration or at the church.

SCHEDULE

Sharpening Your Sword (SYS) and Every Woman's Hope (EWH) meet on alternate Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30 in the upper level conference room. The sessions begin September 13 for men and September 20 for women. For the complete calendar see the Midweek Bible Study Schedule below or check the Events page.

We have designed the studies to take place on alternate Wednesdays so that families are able to alternate care for babies and toddlers. Older children (ages 3 - 6th grade) are encouraged to participate in Adventure Club. See Gregg Clemons for more information.
